Fluid Delivery Hoses, Upper/Lower

To Remove
1. Raise the car.
2. Place an oil pan under the transmission to collect fluid spill.





3. Remove the banjo bolt from the transmission, plug the hole.





4. Detach the hose from the charge air cooler.
5. Lower the car to the floor.
6. Remove the banjo bolt from the radiator, remove the hose.

Fitting
NOTE: Change the seals in the banjo bolts.

1. Put the hose in its correct position, note the securement between the pipes.





2. Tighten the banjo bolt in the radiator.
Tightening torque: 22 Nm (16 ft. lbs.)
3. Connect and tighten the hose to the charge air cooler.
4. Fit the banjo bolt on the transmission and tighten it.

Tightening torque: 22 Nm (16 ft. lbs.)





5. Lower the car to the floor.
6. Fill with transmission fluid, Texaco Texamatic DEXRON III (7045 EU, TL1863 US), to the correct level
