Ignition Discharge Module, Front

To remove







1 Remove the engine cover.
2 Remove the ignition discharge module.
3 Unplug the ignition discharge module connector.

To fit







1 Coat the rubber seals with Krytox (part No.30 19 312).
2 Spray the connector with Kontakt 61 contact cleaner (part no.30 04 520). Plug in the connector.
3 Fit the ignition discharge module.

Tightening torque: 8 Nm (6 lbf ft).

4 Fit the cover.
