Fault symptoms
Clicking from B-pillar/roof. Can be heard when driving on uneven roads.

Probable cause
Substandard spot welds which cause the pieces of sheet metal to press against each other. As of VIN Y3055931 the position of the welds has been changed to rectify the problem.

Procedure
1. Remove the B-pillar trim.
2. Place a screwdriver between the B-pillar and the cover plate. Prise apart to create clearance between the B-pillar and cover plate.
