P0328
Knock Sensor Circuit. High Input, Bank 1.

Fault symptoms
- CHECK ENGINE comes on after two driving cycles.
- Limited torque.

Conditions
The following conditions apply for this DTC:
- Engine has started and engine speed exceeds 800 rpm.
- Engine coolant temperature exceeds 60 °C.
- Main relay voltage exceeds 11 V.
- Fuel shut-off is active.
- Knock voltage is below 2 V after sparking for 25 ignitions.

Diagnostic help
Fault diagnosis concerns electrical faults in connecting cables or in the ignition discharge module
Diagnostic tool functions related to this fault are:
- Knock sensor reading, in V.

NOTE: The knock sensor is an internal ignition discharge module function. There is no external sensor.

Checking the wiring harness
Jiggle the leads and in-line connectors at various points and in different directions to detect any intermittent breaks or short circuits in the wiring. Observe the multimeter, test lamp or diagnostic tool while doing this.
