Checking Operating Current To Stepping Motor Winding 1





- Unplug the 6-pin connector from the stepping motor in question.





- Connect a test lamp to pins 1 and 3 of the female connector.





- Run the stepping motor by turning the knob on the MCC panel.





- Both the red and green LEDs should light up on the test lamp.

Checking the wiring harness.
Jiggle the leads and in-line connectors at several places and in different directions to reveal intermittent breaks and short circuits in the wiring harness. Observe the multimeter, test lamp or diagnostic tool while doing this.
