Check the Contact Roller









- Turn the ignition switch to the OFF position.

Unplug the connector:
- Control module, Airbag (331)
- Connect the break-out box (BOB) to the wiring harness

Unplug the connector:
- Airbag, driver (333D)





- Check that the contact roller connection is not detective.
- Connect reference resistor 86 12 095 to the 2-pin female connector.

Unplug the connector:
- Contact roller, steering wheel (336a)
- Check that the contact roller's orange 3-pin connector is not defective.

- Select the diagnostic trouble code that was generated
