Windscreen Washer Hoses




Removal
1 Detach the washer hose from the cover on top of the false bulkhead panel.







2 Detach the hose from the nozzles in the bonnet and remove the hose and rubber bushing from the bonnet.
3 Remove the rubber seal from the protective cover.
4 Remove the clips from the cover on top of the false bulkhead panel.
5 Lift the cover a little and detach the washer hose from the underside of the cover.
6 Pull the hose out through the partition and disconnect it at the fork behind the battery.

Refitting







1 Refit the hose on to the fork behind the battery and pull it into the cover on top of the false bulkhead panel.
2 Replace the protective cover and refit the washer hose on to the underside.
3 Refit the clips on to the cover on top of the false bulkhead panel.
4 Refit the rubber seal on to the protective cover.
5 Reconnect the hose to the washer nozzles.
6 Pull the hose through the rubber bushing from the bonnet to the union in the protective cover.
