Seal Ring and Seal Retainer - Right

To remove (gearbox out of car)
1. Remove the seal retainer.





2. Press out the seal ring with sleeve 87 91 311 and support 87 92 236 and support 87 92 236 *

To fit





1. Press the new seal ring onto the contact surface with press sleeve 87 90 859., drift 83 90 312
^ Lubricate the seal ring and fit a new O-ring.





2. Fit the seal retainer with the four screws. Make sure the O-ring is in place. Tighten alternately.
Tightening torque: 22 Nm (16 ft. lbs.).
