Slave Cylinder Replacement

Slave Cylinder

To Remove
1. Remove the gearbox, see Transmission.





2. Detach the delivery pipe.
3. Remove the three slave cylinder retaining bolts and pull out the slave cylinder.

Fitting
1. Apply Loctite 577 to the retaining screws.





2. Screw on the slave cylinder.

Tightening torque 10 Nm (7 ft. lbs.)

3. Fit the delivery pipe to the slave cylinder.

Tightening torque 22 Nm (16 ft. lbs.)

4. Bleed the slave cylinder before fitting the gearbox.
5. Fit the gearbox.
6. Bleed the clutch.
