Safety Instructions

WARNING
^ CAUTION - ARCING MAY CAUSE BURN INJURIES
Although the system voltage is only 12V, injuries may be caused by flash-over or fire in the car due to the very high energy content of the battery. A short-circuit could create extremely high currents!
^ HIGH TENSION
The electronic ignition system generates voltages higher than 48,000 V. Such voltages may be fatal to persons with a weak heart and those who have a pacemaker. Treat the entire ignition system with great respect.

Before starting work on the electrical system:
^ Remove your watch and any rings you may be wearing
^ Before disconnecting the negative terminal on the battery, make sure the customer has the radio code
^ Disconnect the negative terminal of the battery when removing electrical components
^ Always follow instructions and regulations where applicable
