Transport support

Saab 9-3 Viggen.

Background
Due to a lower chassis in combination with a new front spoiler, a transport support has been fitted under the rubber protection on the damper piston. There are three supports on each side. The transport support is removed in connection with the pre-delivery service.

NOTE: The upper transport support must be wrapped with Scotch 3M Tape, type 8981 (approximately 0.4 mm per side) for safety reasons. A warning plate with instructions (removed in connection with the pre-delivery service) is fitted on the cars.





Procedure
important that the transport support and warning plate are saved so that they can be reused if the car is to be transported again.

The transport support is not available as a spare part!
