Inner Mountings

Rear anti-roll bar, inner
To remove
1. Raise the car and remove one of the rear wheels.





2. Remove the bolts (at the ends) securing the inner anti-roll bar.
3. Withdraw the anti-roll bar from the rear axle.


To fit





1. Slide the new anti-roll bar into the rear axle (coat the anti-roll bar thinly with grease to facilitate assembly).
2. Fit all retaining bolts and tighten them to the correct torque.
Tightening torque: 60 Nm (44 ft. lbs.) +70 deg.
3. Check the position of the rubber bush.
4. Refit the wheel and tighten the bolts to the correct torque.
Tightening torque: 110 Nm (81 ft. lbs.).
