Convertible Top Switch: Description and Operation

ROOF Switch

The soft top is operated with a switch located on the switch panel in the centre console. The switch is fed with B+ from control module pin 40.










When the switch is pressed backwards (open soft top), the switch closes and output 4 from the switch panel feeds pin 20 in the control module with B+.

When the switch is pressed forward (close soft top), the switch closes and output 3 from the switch panel feeds pin 6 in the control module with B+.
