1 Remove the engine cover.







2 Undo the cable adjuster clip.
3 Adjust the play in the cable by holding the pedal arm in its fully sprung-back position and pull the cable with the other hand until it is taut. Then slacken it to the closes groove in the sleeve.
4 Fit the clip.
