EVAP Canister Close Valve - Trionic T5 OBDII

To remove







1 Raise the car and remove the front right wheel.
2 Remove the mudflap.
3 Remove the wheel arch liner.


NOTE: Loosen the rivets by pressing in the centre pin with a drift.


4 Undo the retaining screw securing the front of the wheel arch liner to the air shield and the retaining screw securing the wing arch liner to the bumper.







5 Release the wing arch liner snap fasteners from the front wing with a screwdriver and extract the liner from the wheel housing


IMPORTANT
Take care when removing the wing arch liner to avoid damaging paintwork.


Remove the close valve.







To fit







1 Fit the close valve.
2 Fit the wing arch liner into the wheel housing.







3 Fit the mudflap.
4 Lower the car and fit the wheel
Tightening torque: 110 Nm (80 lbf ft)
