Checking The Resistance Of The Valve





NOTE: If there is a short circuit in any winding, the control module will probably also be damaged. If a new solenoid valve is then fitted it will be damaged right away. In the event of a short circuit, the solenoid valve and the control module must both be changed at the same time.
- Change - Boost pressure control valve





- Clear the diagnostic trouble codes in all systems.
- Carry out a functionality test.

Is the function correct?

NO - Refer to Fault Diagnosis/General then 'Before changing a control module'. Trionic T5

YES - The steps taken to rectify the fault were correct.
