- Connect a jumper lead between fuse 4 and fuse 32.
- The fuel pump should work.

Is the function correct?

NO - Checking the Operation of the Relay - II

YES - Continue With Checking The Operation Of The Relay

Unplug the connector:
- Fuel pump reley (102)












- Connect a jumper lead between pin 1 (30) and pin 2 (87) of the relay holder.
- Turn the ignition switch to the ON position.







- Contact Trionic 5 OBDII.
- Activate:

Main Relay
- The fuel pump should work.

Is the function correct?

NO - Continue With Checking The Operation Of The Relay

YES - Changing Components - I












- Connect test lamp 86 11 857 to pin 1 of the relay holder and a good grounding point.
- Activate:







Main Relay
- The test lamp should flash.

Is the function correct?

NO - Rectifying the Lead - XIV

YES - Rectifying the Lead - XV
