Charge Air Control Valve

To remove
1 Unplug the connector.







2 Mark the hoses to the control valve and detach them.
3 Detach the valve from the expanding pin and metal bracket.

To fit







1 Attach the valve to the metal bracket and then to the expanding pin.
2 Connect the hoses to the control valve. Make sure the markings on the hoses correspond with the markings on the control valve.
3 Spray the connector with Kontakt 61 (part no. 30 04 520) and plug it in.
