Oxygen Sensor 1 - Trionic T5 OBDII

To remove







1 Remove the engine cover.
2 Detach the turbo delivery pipe.
3 Unplug the sensor cable.
4 Note the position of the cable and clips/cable ties before detaching the cable. The cables must not be twisted together.
5 Raise the car and remove the oxygen sensor.

To fit


IMPORTANT
The oxygen sensor threads must be coated with Molycote 1000 or equivalent before fitting.


1 Fit the oxygen sensor.







Tightening torque: 55 Nm (40 lbf ft)
2 Lower the car and mount the cables (must not be twisted)
3 Connect the cable to the oxygen sensor
4 Fit the turbo delivery pipe.
5 Fit the engine cover.


IMPORTANT
It is important that the cable is located correctly to prevent it making contact with the exhaust/turbocharger.
