Control Modules Location Overview

1. Engine management system
The electronic control modules for the different engine management Systems are located on a bracket in the cabin on the right side below the right A-pillar.

2. Diesel fuel pump
The electronically controlled diesel pump is located on the engine.

3. TCM
The TCM transmission control module is located behind the glove box on the bulkhead partition.

4. DICE
LHD: The DICE control module is positioned on top of the relay holder by the steering column below the dashboard.

5. Main instrument unit
The electronic control module for the main instrument unit is located on its back panel.

6. SID
The SID control module is positioned in the middle of the centre console by the switch for the hazard flashers.

7. TWICE
The electronic control module is located under the left seat.

8. Cruise control (petrol fuelled cars)
The cruise control module is located in the right corner of the engine bay.

9. ABS
The ABS control module is integrated with the hydraulic unit in the engine bay.

10. Airbag
The airbag control module is located on a bracket under the centre console between the seats.

11. Radio
The main unit is positioned in the centre of the dashboard.

12. CD-changer
The CD-changer is positioned in the luggage compartment by the left wheel housing.

13. STC
The control module for opening the soft top is positioned by the left rear seat speaker.

14. ACC
The ACC unit is positioned under the radio.

15. PMM
The control module for the electrically adjustable driver's seat with memory is positioned in the seat under the seat cushion.
