Lamp Body For Direction Indicators, Guide Pin

1. Identify the plastic.
2. Select the appropriate welding wire and set the correct working temperature on the welding pistol so that it corresponds with the type of plastic.
3. Tack on the guide pin by heating it with the hand welder. Check its position.







4. Adjust the welding rod to make it thinner.
5. Weld on the guide pin. Check the marking on the direction indicator lamp body and refer to the welding rod table to obtain the correct welding rod.







6. Allow the weld to cool.
7. Sand down the welded joint as necessary.
