Air Recirculation Motor, ACC

Removing







1 Remove the glove box.
2 Remove the air duct.
3 Unplug the connector.







4 Remove the recirculation motor from the climate control unit housing by unhooking the locking tongues.
5 Remove the recirculation motor shaft from the wire. The wire is angled at the end and locked across a clip. Use pliers to turn the clip so that the wire can be removed.
6 Lift out the recirculation motor.

Fitting







1 Connect the recirculation motor shaft to the wire. The wire is angled at the end and must be locked across a clip. Use a screwdriver to turn the clip so that the wire can be locked.
2 Press the motor into the climate control unit housing.
3 Plug in the connector.
4 Refit the air duct.







5 Refit the glove box.
