Radiator fan operation defective.

Diagnostic help
The relay outputs can be activated using the diagnostics instrument, as also can the low-speed and high-speed functions.
If no information on coolant temperature is available, the low-speed function will start.

Check the wiring
Jiggle the wiring harness at several points and in different directions to reveal intermittent breaks and short-circuits in the wiring harness. Observe the multimeter, test lamp or diagnostic instrument while doing this.
