1. Remove the seat upholstery.
2. Remove the seat heater connector from the holder in the metal plate and unplug the connector.
Use special tool part no. 85 80 110.

NOTE: Wear gloves when working with benzine.

3. Detach the heating pad from the seat cushion using benzine.
Be careful to ensure that large pieces of padding do not come away.

4. Wipe the foam rubber cushion before fitting the new heating pad.
5. Pull off the backing paper on the new heating pad.
6. Position the new pad on the foam cushion and press.
7. Plug in the connector for the seat heating and fit the connector into the holder.
8. Fit the upholstery fabric.
