Backrest, 40, 60-Percent




To remove







1 Release the backrest from the seat-belt member and fold it forwards.
2 Undo the bracket on the long load opening.
3 Pull the backrest away from the mounting by the long load opening and pull out the joint pin at the wheel housing.
4 Detach the upholstery tensioner and lift out the backrest.

To fit
Fit in reverse order

Backrest, 60-Percent

To remove







1 Remove the 40 per cent part,
2 Release the backrest from the seat-belt member.
3 Fold forward the backrest.
4 Remove the centre seat-belt mounting to access the right-hand backrest mounting.
5 Remove the right-hand backrest mounting.
6 Pull out the free end of the backrest and remove the joint pin from its mounting by the wheel housing.
7 Detach the upholstery tensioner and lift out the backrest.

To fit
Fit in reverse order


NOTE: When fitting the centre seat-belt mounting, the upper and lower parts must be located in each other and a locating stud in the floor.
