Rear Side Window With Lift Mechanism

Removing
1 Remove the rear side trim.







2 Mark positions of the bolts and then remove the inner window seal retainer.
3 Remove the outer window seal retainer.
4 Remove the loudspeaker.
5 Raise the window.







6 Loosen the nuts securing the lift mechanism to the body.
7 Lift up the lift mechanism out of the mounting grooves in the body, lower it and unplug the lift motor connector.
8 Lift up the window and the lift mechanism.
9 When replacing a separate mechanism or window, remove the bolts that secure the window to the lift mechanism. When changing the window only, mark position of bolt "A".

Fitting







1 Fit the window on the window lift and tighten the bolts.
2 Lower the window and lift mechanism in the window-well and plug in the connector.
3 Fit the lift mechanism and tighten the nuts securing it to the body according to markings.







4 Refit the loudspeaker.
5 Refit the outer window seal.
6 Refit the inner window seal holder according to the markings.
7 Adjust the rear side window.
8 Refit the rear side trim.
