To remove

1. Unplug the wiring harness connector in the door (bayonet fitting).
2. Remove the door stop from the A-pillar.
3. Remove the hinge bolts.

IMPORTANT: Carefully lift the door off its hinges.

To fit

Fit in reverse order.

Tightening torque:
Hinge bolts: 47 Nm (35 lbf ft).

NOTE: On order to get the correct fit between the door and wing, it may be necessary to lift slightly at the rear edge of the door. This applies especially to the 3-D model.

Connect the diagnostics tool and erase any diagnostic trouble code.

Adjustment

Adjust the door.
