Changing The Front Bumper Shell

Removing

1. Remove the spoiler shields.
2. Remove the number plate and holder, if present.
3. Remove the bumper.
4. Place the bumper on a non-damaging surface.
5. Remove fog lights, if fitted.







6. Remove the bumper rail from the 10 clips that secure it to the protective shell and remove it from the shell.







NOTE: Use one or two flat screwdrivers.

7. Remove the cell section from the protective shell (wedged under the corners of the protective shell).

Fitting







1. Press the cell section into the protective shell.
2. Refit the rail in the protective shell.
3. Fit fog lights, if any were removed.







4. Refit the bumper.
5. Fit the number plate and holder, if present.
6. Refit the spoiler shields.
7. Check the headlamp alignment and adjust if necessary.
