Shock Sensor: Service and Repair

NOTE: The glass breakage sensor is not stocked separately as a spare part. The complete lens cover must be replaced.


1 Release the lens cover on the centre roof light.
2 Loosen the switch panel on the root lamp by pressing it forwards and at the same time pulling the rear edge downwards.
3 Release the electrical connector from the sensor and lift off the lens cover.

To fit







1 Replace the connector. Ensure that the connector is properly seated and attached to avoid vibrations.
2 Fir the switch panel. Start with the front edge and push it forwards. Then press the rear edge upwards.
3 Fit the lens cover.
