Checking The Ignition Discharge Module







- Connect every HT lead to a test spark plug, part No. 86 11 386.
- Ground the spark plug and cable assembly 86 10 867.







- Turn the ignition switch to the ON position.







- Contact Trionic 5 OBDII.
- Activate:

Ignition Coil Cyl 1
Ignition Coil Cyl 2
Ignition Coil Cyl 3
Ignition Coil Cyl 4

- Activation of an ignition coil lasts for 10 seconds.
- Check that a spark is produced at each activated spark plug.
