Cassette Tape - Tape Failure/Main Unit Mechanical Failure

Fault symptoms
TAPE ERROR 01 displayed on SID. (Broken cassette tape.)
TAPE ERROR 02 displayed on SID. (Tape does not move.)
TAPE ERROR 03 displayed on SID. (Cassette eject fault.)
TAPE ERROR 04 displayed on SID. (Mechanical fault)

Conditions
This DTC is generated if the main unit cannot play the inserted cassette or if the cassette eject is not working.

Diagnostic help
Do not use force to remove the jammed cassette.
Insert a fault-free cassette to test the function.
