Background
When doing diagnostic work on the SRS of a Saab 900 up to six diagnostic trouble codes can appear. These are B2332, B2337, B2442, B2447, B1332 and B1337. Do not immediately assume that the control unit is faulty. We have found that these codes can be caused by a faulty wiring harness. If four or more of these codes appear simultaneously, replace the wiring harness. It is not necessary to replace the cars main harness because a partial harness is available as a separate part.
