      Door hinges, stops and locks.
Tighten/Torque
    Suspension
      Inspect and retighten front suspension and rear axle mountings.
Diagnose/Test
    Vehicle
      Road test. Check performance of drive train, steering and brakes and verify tire balance. Check function of instruments and controls including horn, windshield wipers, cruise control and climate system.
Inspect
    Wiper and Washer Systems
      Check blades. Top-up washer reservoir.
    Tires
      Check pressure and tread wear (including spare tire). Check alignment if irregular or premature tire wear is apparent.
    Seat Belt
      Perform visual inspection, check operation of seat belts.

      Check function of all lights, horn and buzzers.

      Also inspect tensioner.

      Check condition & tightness of hoses.

      Check fluid level and concentration.

      Check thickness of brake pads, condition of lines & hoses, tightness of master cylinder & calipers.
    Brake Fluid
      Check fluid level.
    Battery
      Check level, clean & tighten terminals, lubricate with petroleum jelly.
    Air Bag Systems
