Instrument Cluster

To remove
1 Remove the steering column cowls.
2 Remove all switches, the Saab Information Display (SID) unit and audio system from the dashboard.


NOTE: Do not forget to mark all connectors.


3 Remove the 9 screws securing the front panel.
4 Withdraw the front panel.
5 Remove the 4 screws securing the instrument housing and lift out same.
6 Unplug the connectors (main instrument display panel 1) or connector (main instrument display panel 2) at the rear.

To fit
Install in reverse order.
