Check Data Link Connector (DLC) Function

FAULT SYMPTOM
Contact cannot be established with Intelligent Saab Tester (ISAT)

DIAGNOSTIC PROCEDURE
1. Check that fuse 13 is intact and that there is power to the fuse.
2. Check that there is 12 V between connection 16 in the data link connector and a safe grounding point.
- Also check the grounding in connections 4 and 5.
3. Check the wiring between the data link connector and the Integrated Central Electronics (ICE) control module for open circuits/ short circuits.
4. Check ISAT, SDA and the wiring for ISAT by testing with another ISAT.
