Cooling System: Description and Operation






The cooling system is of the over-pressure type, with a cross-flow radiator and an expansion tank.

The coolant pump is located on the right-hand side of the engine and powered by the crankshaft via a Poly-V belt.

The thermostat is located in a housing at the left-hand end of the cylinder head.
