ISAT Scan Tool Diagnostic Operation

Communication between the electronic control module and the ISAT Scan tool, or equivalent. It is transferred at pin 11 (K-wire) and is bidirectional. The ISAT scan tool can read out any possible diagnostic trouble code stored in the electronic control module. The ISAT Scan Tool can also command the electronic control module to work the boost pressure control valves or read the wheel speeds. Data link connector (DTC) (diagnostic socket) is located on the driver side under the instrument panel.
