A/C output from ACC to Integrated Central Electronics (ICE) shorted to ground.

Fault Symptom.
Not possible to shift from AUTO to ECON

Conditions
Control module output pin 38 shorted to ground.

Diagnostic procedure
1. Start the engine, press the AUTO button on the ACC panel. Connect the ISAT, establish communication with ICE and obtain an "A/C" readout. It should be "ON" and change to "OFF" when the ECON button is pressed.
2. Check the wiring between pin 38 of the ACC control module and pin 64 of the ICE control module for shorting to ground.
