This bulletin deals with diagnosing specific Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTC's) P0442 and P0455 within the OBD II systems found on M96.5 and later 900 Turbo models.





One of the major changes mandated by OBD II on certain 1996 Saabs has been the "Enhanced EVAP" diagnostic procedure. All M96.5 and later 900 Turbos (Trionic OBD II) have this enhanced EVAP system.

This PSI includes a detailed description of this system and a thorough troubleshooting procedure.
