Labor operations: 12240 0.4 hr. (for pre-conditioning)
12240 0.4 hr. (for recheck during step 10)
Straight time: xxx99 0.2 hr. Checking EVAP system integrity
Total: 1.0 hr.

For performing all steps 1-10:
