Parts:

During the troubleshooting process you will need to activate the CCV and the EVAP at various times with jumper wires. This will be easier if you build two (2) test connectors with the following parts. The wires should be about 6' long with alligator clips on the ends to connect to the battery.

To build 2-pin jumper for the canister close valve:

Connector housing (1) 41 13 205
Female pins (2) 40 61 586
6 ft. length wire (2) source locally
Large alligator clips (2) source locally

To build 2-pin jumper for the EVAP valve:

Connector housing (1) 85 93 899
Female pins (2) 91 20 957
5 ft. length wire (2) source locally
Large alligator clips (2) source locally
