DESCRIPTION OF OPERATION
Positive current is supplied directly from battery 1 to the following components:
^ Starter motor 4 and then generator 2
^ Maxi fuse holder 501
- maxi fuses 1-5
Positive current is supplied from the battery via crimped connection J3 to the following components:
^ Main fuse board 342A
- Fuses 1-5
- Maxi fuses 1-4
^ Lighting relay 8
^ Main and dipped beam relay 8A
Current is supplied to the following components via maxi fuse 1 in maxi fuse holder 501 and crimped connection J89:
^ Main fuse board 22A
- Fuses 1, 4, 13, 23, 25, 33 and 34
Current is supplied to the following components via maxi fuse 2 in maxi fuse holder 501 and crimped connection J2:
^ Main fuse board 22A
- Fuses 2, 5, 10, 12, 16, 27, 28, 35
^ Starter relay 517
^ Lights switch 10
^ Crimped connection 89, which then supplies
- Fuses 2, 12, 28 in fuse holder 22A
- Fuel pump relay 102
- Fuel injection relay 229
^ Crimp connector H4-12 which then supplies
- Fuses 5, 10, 16 in main fuse board 22A
Current is supplied via maxi fuse 3 in maxi fuse holder 501 to the following component:
^ Ignition switch 20
Current is supplied via maxi fuse 4 in maxi fuse holder 501 to the following components:
^ Ignition switch relay 21
Current is supplied via maxi fuse 5 in maxi fuse holder 501 to the following components:
^ Top stack actuation system control module 547
FAULT DIAGNOSIS HINTS
1. Check the battery voltage.
2. Check the connections at the Maxi fuses.
3. Check that the relevant fuses and components are supplied with current.
4. Check the relevant wiring harness.
