Replacement of Windshield Wiper Assembly

1 To remove the wiper arms, pry off the protective cap at the base, using a screwdriver, undo the nut and lift off the arm.
2 Disconnect the washer hose for the top from the protective cover over the space between the bulkhead partitions.
3 Remove the rubber sealing strip from the partition.
4 Remove the clip for the protective cover over the space between the bulkhead partitions.





5 Raise the cover slightly and disconnect the washer hose from the underside and lift the cover away.
6 Remove the connector from the bracket and Unplug it.
7 Remove the cover for the spindle guides and remove the three bolts securing the mechanism. Lift out the entire windshield wiper unit.





8 Remove the linkages from bracket and motor and undo the three bolts securing the motor to the bracket.
Install in reverse order.
