Sealing Ring on Right Seal Holder

NOTE: Component identifier numbers used in the following illustrations relate to specific steps in the procedures below.





Removal
1. Remove the seal holder.
2. Press out the sealing ring with tool 87 91 311 and support 87 92 236.





Installation
1. Press on the sealing ring until it makes contact using tools 87 90 859, 83 90 312 and support 87 92 236.
- Fill the sealing ring with Shell Grease 1344 LIEP II.





2. Install the seal holder with the four screws. Check that the 0-ring is in place. Tighten alternately to 20-24 Nm (14.5-17.5 ft. lbs.)
