Gear Ratios

The design of the gearbox allows alternative gear ratios, both for the gears between the input and output shafts and the final gear. In the basic design there are three variations of the gearbox with the following final gear ratios in order to obtain good performance and good operational economy for the various engine alternatives.
- 89:20, V6 engine (B258)
- 85:21, injection engine (B206, B234)
- 84:22, turbo engine (B204)
