Pinout Values and Diagnostic Parameters

Remember when measuring:
- Measurement result 12 V should be regarded as a voltage level, not as an absolute value. In, for example, solenoid 1-2/3-4 (S1) (pin 1), solenoid 2-3 (S2) (pin 3) and solenoid lock-up (SL) (pin 19), 0.7-1.5 V is (S2) lost internally in the Transmission Control Module (TCM). Measuring between these pins and ground (pin 35) thus shows that the battery voltage has fallen by 0.7-1.5 V which is stated in the table below.

- Measurement result 0 V should be regarded as a voltage level and not an absolute value. In, for example, the DRIVE signal (pin 11), 0.5-1.5 V is lost internally in the TCM at worst. Measuring between the TCM pins and ground (pin 35) thus shows < 1.5 V, which is stated as 0 V in the table below.

- The measurement results should always be used with discrimination. All measurement results are approximate.

- Measurement results %(+) and ms(+) show the signal's pulse ratio and pulse length respectively. A test instrument with facilities for measuring pulse quota and pulse width must be used. The sign denotes the positive-triggering pulse, TRIG+.
