Checking Hydraulic Pressure

1. Remove the test plug on the transmission housing and install the fluid pressure gauge.
2. Block all four wheels on the car.
3. Apply the hand brake fully.
4. Press hard on the brake pedal.
5. Start the engine and check the idling speed (900 rpm).
6. Place the selector lever in position D. Rev the engine and check the system pressure.

Output Idling 2450 ± 150 rpm

7. Set the selector lever in position R and check the system pressure.
