Supersedes PSI 04194-0457

As a running production change, the suspension system of the 900 models has been updated to include hydraulic suspension arm bushings. This took effect as from VIN Serial No. S2012272 and S7014773. Should you have a customer complain of unacceptable front end vibration, follow the instructions below and change to hydraulic suspension arm bushings.

Warranty Information:

Based on a customer complaint, submit a warranty claim using the following information:

Failure code: 10815-10-0-01/06-01

Labor operation: 10815 for 2.7 hr. rebuilding chassis

Labor operation: 12602 for 0.6 hr. front end alignment

Labor operation: 10816 for 0.5 hr. for test drive.

NOTE:
For automatic transmission please add: straight time for 0.5 hr.
