Rear wheel geometry (unladen car)

Page 027-3 Suspension arms

Rear mounting of support to subframe 100 Nm + 75° to 90° (73.8 ft.lb. + 75° to 90°) should 110 Nm (81 ft.lb.) + 75°.

Page 732-5 Rear suspension

Change the first paragraph as follows:
"Fit the hub assembly on both sides. Tighten the nuts." should read "Fit the hub assembly on both sides. Tighten using a torque wrench."

Change the Important note as follows:

Important
If the hub nuts have been undone, new ones must always be fitted. This is because the locking device on the nuts becomes less effective once the nuts have been slackened.

Tightening torque: 50 Nm + 30° + 15° (36.9 ft.lb.).
Delete the existing tightening torque from Step 3, page 732-4. Move the above items from page 732-5 to page 732-4 between Steps 3 and 4. "Remove the jack or similar" remains part of step 13.

To fit

Change step 1 as follows:

1 Fit the new bush, using special tool 89 96 688. The bush should be fitted so that the grooves are located 9° +/- 5° upwards in relation to the spring link's weld.
