Warranty/Time Information

For cars in warranty, based on a repair where system recharging is required, additional time for system flushing should be claimed as indicated. See the appropriate Failure Code/Flat Rate Manual. You may claim one of the spare parts sets, labor to make the repair, labor to Install the new receiver drier and 1.0 hr. to perform flushing and installing new fillings.

Failure code: based on failed component (normal procedures apply: i.e., compressor fails - claim failed part code 87010 with labor operation 87010). Straight time: 1.0 hr. (Time includes replacement of fillings, label installation and flushing.)

Use applicable labor operations for recharge system, check system for refrigerant leaks, time for A/C refrigerant recycling, R & R receiver drier and any necessary system repairs.
